Is this the best iPad stand in the world?
Actually this over-chair desk was built for books.
Wendy and I built it because I have a disability that makes it impossible to hold a book for more than a few minutes.
But with an iPad I now have very little use for paper books.
See the links at the side of this page for more pictures and instructions for building one yourself.

Also a pretty useful laptop stand
You can lie back and use a laptop on this over-chair desk, but the screen is not high enough for easy viewing.
Three pieces of wood make a simple, solid laptop stand, and makes the keyboard more accessible.
